Friendly and helpful staff.
The cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable. The shared pool area was dirty with leftover stains from past guests, which gave off a very neglected vibe. Our room's bed had sand in it upon arrival, something that should have been caught during cleaning. To top it off, the noise from the neighboring rooms was unbearable. We could hear everything the guests next door were saying as if they were in our room.

spacious and clean dorm room, pleasant lounge area, resort-like concept and layout
The communal kitchen needs better upkeep!!! The highway noise is unbearable even with all windows closed. Damaged infrastructure around the pool is a safety hazard!!! Navigating the hotel without clear signage is frustrating!!!

Marvellous and amazing location, 20 minutes walk from Playa Pelada beach. Got tastefully decorated room with ear plugs and the bedroom and the closest. The very very helpful and pretty friendly staff and their attitude.

Families might want to think twice
The kids loved the pool, they splashed around for hours! It was a great way for us to unwind while watching them have fun.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but we managed.

The hotel was clean and incredibly beautiful with reliable wi-fi. The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with a private bathroom. All the toiletries and a hairdryer were very handy. The location was stunning, near to the restaurants, and local shops downtown.

Towels were not changed every day, you always had to ask at the reception. Excursions much more expensive offered than others

The two-level suite we had was stunning, and the salsa lesson night was a blast for my family. We loved lounging by the outdoor pool and enjoying the cozy garden area. A bit of upkeep is needed in shared spaces, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 🌟

Very nice new complex with large outdoor area (pool), absolutely helpful and friendly staff and good cuisine.
In the houses near the street it is a bit loud and the dust is omnipresent.

My stay was very nice! I loved the spacious dorm with a great vibe, and the fast wifi helped me stay connected. The little gym was a fantastic bonus! I’d definitely return soon.
